Reception
Our Reception is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday as well as every Saturday from 8:30am to 4:00pm. We are also open during Sunday from 9:00am to 12:00pm.
You can also book tickets to theme parks at our Reception. Please don’t hesitate to ask our fully serviced Tour Desk.
Check-in and check-out
If you intend to check-in after hours, you can do so as long as you contact us before your arrival as doing so allows us to make the necessary arrangements.
If you plan to check-out late, this detail can be arranged but is still subject to availability. It is also dependent on specific bookings on the day itself. Please do not hesitate to contact reception.
Facilities
Our Surfers Paradise Family Accommodation offers a slew of facilities to make your stay comfortable.
We have a Games Room with a library, table tennis facility, a snooker table, pay machines, three pools, a spa, saunas for men and women, a half size tennis court as well as a large barbecue area.
Plus, our swimming pools are all heated for your comfort.
Security underground parking is also available. Specifically, one car space is allotted for each apartment.
Service
If you are staying with us for more than ten days, please know that your apartment will be serviced half-way during your stay.

Our Surfers Paradise Family Accommodation is near a bus stop that will take you to major theme park destinations as well as shopping centres.
Plus, the Oasis Shopping Centre and pacific Fair are all a quick bus ride.
