Yes, please contact us prior to arrival to make arrangements.

Q: Can I have a late check-out?

A late checkout can be arranged but is subject to availability and dependant to bookings on the day.

Q: When do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes we require a deposit to guarantee your booking with Centrepoint Resort

Q: What are the reception hours?

The reception hours are:

Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm

Saturday 9.00am - 1.00pm

Sunday 9.00am - 12 noon

Q: Can I book theme park tickets at reception?

We have a fully serviced tour desk

Yes, security underground parking is available at our Surfers Paradise Holiday apartments, we provide 1 car space per apartment

Q: Is all linen provided?

Yes, there is a nominal charge for extra linen required during your stay

Q: How often are the apartments serviced?

For guests staying 10 days and longer, Centrepoint Resort will service your apartment half way during your stay

Q: Is the pool heated?

Yes the swimming pool at Centrepoint Resort is heated - 2 pools are heated, 1 is not.

Q: Are there shops or restaurants nearby?

There are wide variety of shops and restaurants all within walking distance from Centrepoint Resort. Contact reception for recomendations.

Q: Is there public transport nearby?

Bus to Major Shopping Centres and Theme parks - at door.

Q: What local attractions are in the area?

Local attractions include Wax Museum, Infinity, Haunted House, 7D Cinema, Ripley’s Believe it or Not, Cavill Mall & the beach.

Q: Where can I buy groceries locally?

Centrepoint Resort is located opposite the Coles Supermarket, chemist and Liquor shops for your convenience
